Building sustainability audits – In conducting building sustainability audits, Tellus works closely with building managers and O&M contractors to ensure compliance with green building best practices, including establishing and following sustainability policies for indoor air quality (IAQ), integrated pest management, solid waste management, sustainable purchasing, green construction, and plumbing renovation. We pursue equity-focused stakeholder engagement in our implementation of circular economy principles and closed loop systems.

GHG emissions inventories, emissions reduction strategy, planning, and tracking – We support our clients in GHG baselining, creating GHG inventories, establishing measurement and reporting protocols, developing tools and resources to facilitate cost-effective GHG reporting, and analyzing the impacts of GHG reduction strategies. Our team provides user-friendly data visualization tools to communicate GHG data.

Net zero strategy, road-mapping, and communications – Developing and meeting long-term net zero goals requires a holistic road map that includes establishing baseline conditions; strategic planning, prioritization, and goal setting; close monitoring and evaluation; process improvements; consistent stakeholder communication; and recognizing the accomplishments of the team in achieving goals. We provide comprehensive road-map services, create interactive web-based tracking tools, and develop communications strategies to publicize net zero successes to stakeholders.

Environmental management systems – Our team offers comprehensive capabilities in establishing EMS infrastructure to ensure compliance and track the performance of environmental programs. We monitor EMS inputs through routine inspections to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information, and to support continual improvements. We also offer support in preparation of plans, reports, and permits as part of EMS requirements.
